You will require 2mls spread over 10 injection points. At the start, you will need to have 2 treatment 4-6 weeks apart. Once you see results you can have maintence every 3 -6 months.
The downtime following Profhilo® treatment is minimal, and you should be able to return to normal daily activities immediately after, we advise to avoid any physical strenuous activities and minimise going to sauna or steam rooms. Avoid sun exposure for the first 2 days.
You will see results immediately, and improved skin quality that lasts 6 to 9 months.
As it is injected just under the skin using very fine needles in pre-determined points, it is relatively painless; you may feel a short sting or scratch. Patient can opt for topical pain relief or anaesthetic before the Profhilo® treatment, but it is usually not needed. The procedure is very quick and take about 10-15mins.
