MAINTAIN YOUR SKIN HEALTH
A chemical peel is solution applied to the face to remove dead skin cells and stimulate the growth of new cells. The aim is to improve the appearance of the skin – for example, by reducing age spots and evening out skin tone. There are 3 types of peels, called superficial, medium and deep.
Superficial and medium peels are safe, as long as they’re administered by a trained professional. These type of peels are semi-permanent and for best results will be repeated regularly. Deeper peels have more permanent results and must be administered by a trained professional.
Your skin will be more sensitive to the sun as it heals, so you need to use sunscreen for at least a month after treatment. We can give you advice about how to reduce your risk of getting side effects and complications.
” Ecladent is a modern, tranquil Dental practice, nestled behind Boots, yards from Mill Hill’s bustling Broadway. When you enter the practice you are immediately greeted by friendly staff, made to feel welcome and offered coffee in the relaxing surroundings of the ‘spa-like’ waiting room. When entering the surgery, you are immediately struck by beautiful gardens, perfect for calming any anxieties you may have when visiting the dentist. The staff are professional and highly knowledgeable, using state-of-the-art methods, including aesthetics for those looking for facial treatment, reconstruction, and hair restoration. I was treated by Dr Sam Smith for correcting and the re-alignment of my upper and lower teeth, using the Invisalign treatment. The 3D laser scanning process took minutes to complete, producing a 13-week treatment plan, and ultimately an enhanced smile. I am absolutely delighted by Dr Smith’s service and thrilled with the results. I have since recommended Dr Smith’s services to my friends and family, who equally, are extremely pleased with their outcome and experience, visiting Ecladent. Mr P H Anderson.”
